职位描述
1、主导新项目前期物流规划，负责新项目物流相关土建提资方案、图纸审核与土建进展跟踪； 2、负责产能项目/车型项目的厂内物流规划与落地实施；包括各车间同步工程、物流工艺流程、详细物流布局、排序/SPS、上线规划、空箱管理流程等。 3、负责物流资源核算、设备选型和成本分析及预算申请； 4、负责物流系统 WMS/LES 业务流程梳理、系统蓝图沟通、系统测试验证； 5、参与自抓工艺规划、自动化设备规划，辅助自动化项目落地； 6、牵头梳理建立完善小米物流模式，搭建厂内物流规划标准体系；
职位要求
1、大学本科（含）以上学历，汽车、工业工程、物流、机械等相关专业； 2、具备5年或以上主机厂相关工作经历； 3、具备完善的厂内物流规划知识体系；熟悉道口布局、存储规划、排序/SPS/Kitting规划、上线规划等厂内物流规划方法和标准。 4、熟悉整车生产工艺、 零件种类及工艺布局；了解生产计划、运输规划、包装规划、物流自动化等专业； 5、熟悉物流工时测算方法；具备自动化物流设备规划和实施经历； 6、熟悉厂内物流系统（WMS/LES）系统逻辑和功能，参与过物流系统开发项目； 7、熟悉物流资源和成本规划、预算数据分析； 8、具备较好表达力和汇报技巧。
