职位描述
一、基金财务运营 1、负责基金的财务工作，以及项目投资/退出交易中财务相关工作； 2、负责准备基金给投资人的定期报告，配合解决LP日常需求； 3、负责协调银行、税务、工商等相关业务的办理； 4、配合审计师进行年度审计。 二、管理公司财务管理 1、负责公司的预算管理，月度出具管理报告，并按照管理层需求提供进一步财务分析； 2、负责公司账务管理工作，包括会计凭证审核、簿记，报表出具； 3、负责向集团及外部单位报送财务数据，并及时应对问询及检查； 4、配合审计师完成年度会计审计及税务工作。
职位要求
1、2-3年左右财务或审计工作经验，具备扎实的财务专业技能，四大会计师事务所基金审计经验或地产行业相关经验优先 2、知名大学财经相关本科及以上学历，注册会计师优先，有操作SAP的经验优先 3、熟练掌握中国和国际会计准则及相关政策法规 4、具备良好的执行能力、能保质保量完成工作；工作细心认真、积极主动 5、能在较大压力下按照既定的时间表推动工作顺利达成
