职位描述
1、负责手机整机的热仿真和散热能力评估，分析散热风险，输出改善方案； 2、负责主动散热相关仿真技术开发与落地应用，散热与仿真优化技术迭代； 3、负责现有整机散热技术评估和问题分析，性能、功耗、热综合评估分析，散热及温控方案优化； 4、跟踪散热前沿技术，开展技术预研与仿真方法迭代，分析新技术在产品应用可行性及散热性能提升，形成技术沉淀与专利、报告输出； 5、同业务部门合作推进散热技术或方案在产品落地，提供可制造、可量产的散热优化解决方案，达成散热优化目标； 6、负责热仿真能力建设与提升，建立并维护部门热仿真标准规范，提升仿真效率与结果可复用性。
职位要求
1、热能工程、热能与动力工程、流体力学、流体与机械、工程热物理、制冷等相关专业教育背景，对传热学、流体力学等基础学科熟悉； 2、熟悉热仿真、热设计相关理论知识，具备仿真-测试对标能力，能使用热电偶、红外热像仪、风洞/温箱等数据进行模型修正与误差分析； 3、熟练使用一种或多种热和流体分析软件，如icepak，fluent，flotherm，Comsol等； 4、具有良好的分析能力和沟通能力、团队协作能力以及较强的执行力。

【课题名称】 主动散热仿真能力建设与仿真优化体系研究 【课题内容】 1、建立手机主动散热精细化仿真模型与工况数据库，攻克微尺度密闭空间多物理场耦合仿真难题； 2、梳理现有仿真技术短板，复盘设备热相关问题，制定技术研发方向； 3、搭建涵盖建模、仿真、优化、评价的全流程体系，从风道结构、散热参数、控温策略等维度开展多目标优化，实现散热性能、功耗、噪音的协同优化； 4、通过仿真与物理实测闭环校准，迭代优化散热方案。
