职位描述
1.负责量产项目多媒体与非媒体的下行效果调试，对音效主客观评验收结果负责； 2.识别调音过程中暴露的如音频硬件系统设计、音频算法开发和软件集成等问题，协助相关问题解决； 3.结合整车产品定义，调整完善听音评价体系标准； 4.协助硬件系统(音频硬件DSP、扬声器等)设计选型，协助音频功能及算法提供技术评估； 5.负责预研项目的调试，选型不同的音频硬件和算法设计； 6.负责下行不同音效算法的开发和落地：虚拟环绕和虚拟场馆；
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，声学专业毕业，包含电声、录音混音、数字信号处理等专业； 2.两年以上调音工作经历，完整的经历过一个项目的开发和落地，包含汽车、消费类电子(手机、耳机、智能音箱等)等； 3.掌握音频调音工具的使用，至少包含ADI，AKM，AudioMulch等工具中一种； 4.掌握基础的调音(音质和声场)能力，包含EQ，Gain，Delay等模块的使用； 5.理解和掌握声学客观曲线的测试方法，包含幅频曲线、相频曲线、失真曲线、混响曲线等； 6.熟悉扬声器、功放的作用和性能，熟悉扬声器布局和结构件的影响； 7.了解心理声学和音频效果的主观评价方法； 8.掌握基础的算法原理，有一定的算法代码Coding能力； 9.具有积极主动的主人翁精神，发现问题、暴露问题和推动问题解决； 10.具有精益求精的工程师精神，不断优化，不断进步； 11.具有良好的合作精神，善于沟通，积极协调。
