岗位设置的目的

1、 按维修程序的要求，进行BQWP设备的机械维修、维护和保养，保证生产的正常进行。

2、在保证设备正常运转的情况下，降低维修成本，减少设备故障率

职责描述

1、设备故障维修

• . 跟踪系统的报修情况并及时修理，减少维修损失时间，提高机器的可利用率（Up time）
• 正确判断和使用维修备件，减少浪费，节约维修成本

2、 设备机械预防维修

• 根据预防维修计划和预防维修检查项目进行设备的机械预防维修，减少设备的报修率.
• 保证预防维修的质量，增加MTBF（平均故障间隔） 的时间
• 对于损坏的备件，可修复使用的应修复再利用，降低备件使用成本
• 负责CPP维修的维修工应遵守CPP维修相关规定，在指定维修区域进行维修

3、 设备润滑

• 根据润滑计划或设备润滑报警信息进行设备润滑，保证设备的正常运行。
• 保证设备润滑的质量，增加MTBF（平均故障间隔） 的时间

4、 设备改进维修

• 分析维修过程中遇到的问题，提出改进维修建议，降低设备故障报修次数
• 协助其它维修部门的人员进行设备的改进，提高设备的可靠性。
• 积极参与新设备的调试及验收工作；

5、SHE、5S

• 按程序要求进行维修工作，正确评估维修环境的SHE状态，避免发生相关事故
• 保持维修现场整洁有序，符合5S标准要求
• Becare 活动要持续进行并实施；

6、 Other jobs assigned by the supervisor 上级指派的其他工作

任职要求

基本要求

• 高中或中专以上学历，二年以上相关机械维修工作经验；
• 具有机械知识及技能,能看懂基本的设备图。
• 具有焊接操作证、钳工证等基本维修技能证
