我们期待你 1、基于蔚来价值观，以用户体验为核心，策划城市端传播和市场活动，完成方案撰写，做好活动筹备，协调资源和管理供应商； 2、负责新媒体运营，在抖音、小红书等平台上进行直播、短视频内容创作，不断创新内容达成运营指标，及时获取总部活动信息并传播； 3、配合市场活动，进行相关设计工作，撰写传播内容及APP的发布； 4、负责项目内部协调沟通，推进项目执行； 5、协调各部门及相关资源，保证各项活动顺利进行； 6、负责配合上级给予其他安排以及事宜。 你将收获 1、加入新星训练营，了解NIO的商业模式，深刻理解价值观，加快角色转变； 2、干货满满的公开课和技能培训，快速融入职场，成为最闪亮的NIOer； 3、趣味社区活动，集群特色培养，在岗培训和行业分享，让你快速成长！
职位要求
