职位描述
你将参与： 1. 硬件产品经理是安克创新产品带头人，以打造极致创新产品为目标，洞察用户、分析市场、挖掘技术、打磨产品体验，为产品最终的商业成功负责。“极致产品创造者训练生”是安克重点培养的硬件产品经理接班人，拥有优质的培养体系以及项目资源。以终为始规划职业发展能力，从产品的辅助工作开始，逐步完成产品经理能力建设，并最终成就产品； 2. 参与并逐步掌握洞察用户，发现用户核心诉求，并创造更多用户价值； 3. 与研发共同探索评估技术实现方案，完成产品定义与设计概要方案； 4. 市场与竞争分析，结合用户需求、供应链、技术实现可行性、商业化团队销量预估，计算投入产出，与产品经理主管完成产品立项； 5. 跟踪产品开发过程中的用户体验问题，详细定义体验维度与程度，并结合技术进行体验优化； 6. 参与上市物料、认证、包装等定义，并保证内容准确无误，完成对商业化团队的产品培训； 7. 收集产品上市后的用户反馈，分析问题并持续优化产品功能和用户体验。
