职位描述
你将参与： 1. 参与电芯设计： 参与电芯结构（如卷绕/叠片）和规格的初步设计，使用仿真软件辅助分析； 2. 参与材料评估： 参与进行正负极材料、电解液、隔膜等关键材料的测试、评估及初步选型工作； 3. 支持样品制作与工艺： 在指导下参与小批量电芯样品制作，学习并优化涂布、辊压、注液、封装、化成等关键工艺； 4. 执行性能测试： 完成电芯的基础性能测试（充放电、循环寿命、倍率、安全等），整理分析数据并撰写测试报告； 5. 参与问题分析： 参与分析电芯开发过程中的技术问题，学习根因分析方法并提出改进建议； 6. 编写技术文档： 学习并参与撰写开发报告、实验记录、技术规格书等文档； 7. 学习前沿技术： 跟踪行业电芯技术进展，学习相关标准规范。
