职位描述
1、负责喷墨打印墨水、支撑材料及光油的配方设计与开发，涵盖 UV 固化体系（丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂）与水性体系（聚氨酯树脂）两大方向； 2、负责墨水核心原材料选型与评估：丙烯酸酯单体/低聚物、光引发剂、颜料/色浆、分散剂、流平剂等； 3、开发打印配套功能材料：预处理液、清洗液、保湿液、TPU 柔性材料等； 4、设计实验方案，完成墨水力学性能、理化性能及可靠性的表征与分析； 5、参与墨水从实验室到中试放大的工艺转移，解决量产过程中的技术问题； 6、面向消费电子、汽车、纺织印染、织物打印等应用场景，完成墨水与基材的适配验证。
职位要求
1、2027届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，化学工程、化学、材料工程等相关专业； 2、研究方向匹配以下至少一个方向：丙烯酸酯/环氧树脂合成、光引发剂与光固化、聚氨酯/水性树脂、颜料分散与胶体界面、功能助剂与流变学； 3、具备独立设计实验、分析数据及解决技术问题的能力； 4、学习能力强，动手能力强，乐于深入实验一线； 5、良好的逻辑思维与沟通协作能力。 加分项 有 UV 喷墨墨水或功能墨水项目开发经验者优先； 有墨水项目从研发到量产的全流程经验者优先。）
