职位描述
你将参与： 1. 场地租赁：负责收集业务需求，拉齐标准，按时寻找合适的场地，并进行租赁谈判交付； 2. 负责工程项目的统筹与现场管理工作。拉齐内部业务需求，对设计公司、装修公司等第三方提供的方案进行审核、确认，并拉齐弱电智能化团队跟进后期方案落地、执行、施工； 3. 结合公司大楼设计方案、企业 VI 、文化，完成全国办公区扩张装修形象标准化的编制及优化，并推进标准的实施； 4. 做好供应商的挑选、考评工作及供应商数据库体系的完善； 5. 合理解决项目进程中出现的工艺、工期、工程量等各种问题。
