职位描述
你将参与： 1. 轮岗参与新产品导入、制程优化、产线规划、生产管理等模块工作，系统性建立对制造全流程的认知。 2. 学习并运用工业工程、工艺分析、精益等基本方法论，识别生产过程中的效率瓶颈与质量风险，提出改善建议。 3. 配合团队进行数据采集与分析，借助 AI 工具辅助发现问题、生成改善方案并撰写工作报告。 4. 参与跨部门沟通协作（研发、质量、供应链、设备），推动制造相关任务的执行与落地。 5. 学习并输出标准工艺文件、作业指导书，参与制造知识的沉淀与标准化建设。 6. 在导师指导下，逐步承担独立模块的推进职责，积累项目管理与团队协作的实战经验。
