职位描述
你将参与： 1. 用户洞察与医学需求定义 2. 结合临床医学知识与用户实际使用场景，参与公司级健康产品（心率、睡眠、日间活动、压力等）的医学指标定义与量化标准制定；通过文献调研和用户研究，输出用户健康痛点的需求文档，为产品创新提供医学逻辑支撑。 3. 产品定义与技术可行性评估 4. 参与“金标”验证平台的开发与迭代，与研发、算法团队协作，完成医学指标的传感方案选择、算法验证标准设定；参与完成产品功能定义、设计概要及医学级别的性能指标拆解。 5. 数据采集策略与实施 6. 参与健康类产品的数据采集策略设计（包括场景、人群、样本量、金标设备对照等），参与推进数据采集实施，监控数据质量并反馈问题，确保采集数据能满足医学验证与算法训练的需求。 7. 用户体验与医学级验证 8. 全程跟踪产品开发中的健康测量准确性与用户交互体验，配合医学团队完成实验室测试与真实场景测试，定义体验维度（佩戴舒适度、测量易用性、数据可读性等）并与技术团队共同推进体验优化。
