职位描述
你将参与： 1. 终端陈列方案打造大师：与本地市场团队紧密协作，共同设计与制作吸睛、高效的终端陈列方案；精准甄选本地优质供应商，建立长期战略合作伙伴关系，确保方案兼具卓越品质与超高性价比；主导陈列物料的生产安排与进度跟进，确保从图纸到门店上架的顺畅交付。 2. 门店效能升级操盘手：设计并优化门店走访的核心机制（包括标准流程SOP、检查清单、报告要求等），让门店管理有章可循。 3. 促销员管理体系建设者：开拓并甄选优质的促销员劳务供应商，建立稳固的战略合作，保障前线人力供给；主导制定并执行促销员标准操作流程(SOP)及产品知识培训，打造专业、高效的销售队伍；建立并执行促销员日常表现监控与督导机制，确保前线执行质量。 4. 终端销量提振先锋：策划并推动能持续引爆终端销量的创新方案与组合拳，不断探索增长新路径。
