职位描述
1、文化战略与文化体系 有机会参与企业文化体系0-1的建设过程，参与企业文化理念体系的整体升级 2、文化内容输出及传播 （1）运营内部文化传播渠道，丰富文化传播形式（文化故事、专访等），提高文化的内部影响力； （2）参与公司战略与管理导向的传播策划与执行，学习公司高层管理思路、文化导向、内部沟通会议精神，使其深入人心。 3、价值观落地 （1）参与优化并运营价值观行为体系及评价体系，持续萃取业务文化案例、标杆故事； （2）参与公司管理会议、评优等关键事项落地文化，将文化融入各项政策和制度。 4、文化活动与员工体验 （1）能自下而上收集员工真实意见反馈，识别问题，反馈基层意见； （2）能根据公司及业务需要，策划并落地员工喜闻乐见的文化活动。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，人文社科优先； 2、综合素质优秀，优秀的执行力、组织协调能力、沟通能力和闭环能力； 3、优秀的文字写作能力，能独立制作文化内容（输出长文、PPT、视频、海报等），请附上过往作品集，作品集会非常重要； 4、有媒体、校媒等相关经验优先。 投递请附上过往作品集
