职位描述
1、磁器件及系统设计优化：优化TMR/AMR磁传感器芯片的磁堆栈结构、读出电路及封装方案，提升灵敏度与抗干扰能力；系统级优化设计磁干扰屏蔽方案，降低软磁/硬磁干扰对指南针精度的影响； 2、指向算法优化：开发硬磁偏移自动校准与软磁扭曲矩阵实时修正算法，结合用户场景识别与运动状态检测，实现指南针指向的高精度动态补偿与快速收敛； 3、惯导算法优化：优化IMU与磁传感器的紧组合滤波算法，在磁干扰失效时通过纯惯性推算保持航向连续性，并在磁信号恢复时实现无感重收敛。
职位要求
1、博士毕业生，专业方向为仪器科学与技术、导航制导与控制、微电子学与固体电子学、电磁场与微波技术、电子信息工程等，发表过本领域TOP期刊论文（如IEEE Sensors、JMMM、ION GNSS+、IPIN等）或获得过本领域TOP科研竞赛奖项； 2、课题从事磁传感器、惯性导航或传感器融合相关研究，有突出成果者优先，在磁传感器硬件设计、磁校准算法、惯性导航解算、多源融合滤波、机器学习辅助传感器补偿等方向有较深入研究； 3、具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，具备自驱力及创造力； 4、具备团队协作沟通能力。
