职位描述
1、研发家居场景的具身智能软硬件关键技术，作出关键创新突破，包括机械臂软硬件系统、机械臂端到端VLA模型、机器人导航/避障/规划控制算法、世界模型、家居场景3D高精度数字地图等； 2、将如上具身智能软硬件关键技术落地在小米扫地机器人等核心旗舰产品上，提升小米扫地机器人的智能化体验和产品核心竞争力。
职位要求
1、博士学历，机器人、计算机、自动化、人工智能、机器学习、电子信息、数学、机械等相关专业； 2、具备丰富的具身智能/机器人/机械臂等算法研发经验，对具身智能/机器人/机械臂软硬件系统有深入理解； 3、具备优秀的编程能力和AI Coding能力，熟练掌握Python或C++等至少一门编程语言，熟练掌握PyTorch等至少一门深度学习框架； 4、在CVPR / ICCV / ECCV / NeurIPS / ICLR / ICML / ICRA / IROS等顶会发表过具身智能、机器人、机械臂等方向论文，或参加相关领域主流算法竞赛且取得优秀成绩者优先； 5、在ACM/ICPC、CodeForces、IOI/NOI/NOIP/CSP等编程算法竞赛中获得优秀成绩者优先； 6、具备良好的团队合作精神。
