职位描述
1、应用包括大模型、Agent、多模态等在内的 AI 技术，推进汽车大数据的智能化应用落地； 2、与业务一起探索和发现 AI 技术的在汽车领域的前沿应用落地场景，针对性进行数据建设、模型训练、模型评估等，优化模型效果，实现效能提升； 3、探索AI技术在车端轻量化部署，优化推理速度。
职位要求
1、计算机科学、人工智能、车辆工程等专业背景； 2、对 SFT、PEFT、强化学习、prompt engineering、RAG、Agent等大模型相关技术有深入了解； 3、对多模态技术有一定的了解，包括 ASR、TTS、视觉内容生成、端到端多模态大模型等； 4.具备良好的编程实现能力，熟练掌握python、pytorch、transformers等机器学习套件； 5、有较强的研究能力，在大模型研究领域顶级会议发表过高质量论文者； 6、出色的问题解决能力和创新能力，能够解决复杂的技术挑战； 7、良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能够与跨职能团队合作，推动项目进展。
