职位描述
本课题聚焦实时操作系统时间确定性保障关键技术，致力于解决嵌入式系统在复杂工况下面临的时序不确定难题，拟通过如下关键技术突破实现目标： 1、高精度时序测量与建模技术：研发基于硬件时间戳与软件结合的混合测量架构，突破传统RTOS测量精度不足的限制，精准测量任务/中断执行时序和时间，同时设计任务/中断最大执行时间分析数学模型（WCET），构建任务/中断执行时序特征数据库； 2、实时操作系统的编译代码优化与缓存命中率提升技术：旨在通过静态/动态分析、硬件协同等验证技术，增强多核/异构系统中指令（ICache）与数据缓存（DCache）的可预测性，从而保障任务最坏执行时间（WCET）分析的精确性与时序确定性； 3、 基于AI的多核调度优化引擎：通过建立多核任务/中断的数学模型，结合AI算法，创新性实现基于调度时序特征提取的调度优化机制，保证软件系统调度确定性； 4、实时系统中缓存时序攻击的防御机制研究 ：通过硬件辅助（如缓存分区与锁定）、软件层干扰检测（如动态时序监控）及调度算法优化（如抢占点控制与优先级隔离），在多核系统中实现安全敏感代码的时间确定性保障，阻断攻击者通过缓存资源竞争破坏任务WCET预测与截止时间约束的行为； 5、跨域时间敏感任务调度框架：针对车载多域控制器需求，实现基于以太网时钟同步的全局调度协调器，实现端到端确定性调度； 6、构建纯软件纯仿真平台：通过操作系统仿真模型，模拟调度行为，降低对硬件开发环境的依赖，优化迭代效率； 7、将研究成果作为关键特性集成在小米汽车OS中，通过系统时间分析和优化，提升整车功能的端到端实时性，进而提升用户体验。
职位要求
1、需具备嵌入式实时操作系统的技术能力，熟悉FreeRTOS, Nuttx, Thread-X，AUTOSAR OS内核技术； 2、需具备大数据处理和大模型推理技术能力； 3、具备整车级功能全局性认知能力，掌握整车实时控制和响应的应用场景； 4、精通嵌入式软件开发，例如具有汽车电子、机器人等领域软件开发经验； 5、具备优秀的工程实践能力，能够独立解决复杂的技术问题，推动项目的顺利进行； 6、具有良好的团队精神和学习能力，乐观积极的心态。
