职位描述
1、负责车载电源供应商软件研发管控，覆盖全流程节点评审； 2、参与需求定义、软件设计评审、过程审核及样件验收，把控供应商交付质量； 3、运用FMEA、FTA工具进行失效分析与问题闭环管理； 4、主导基于ISO 26262、ASPICE等标准的软件合规性评估，审核供应商测试报告； 5、将AI应用于FMEA智能辅助分析、测试报告智能审核、供应商风险预警等核心流程； 6、搭建供应商管理知识库与AI工具，将专家经验结构化、可复用化，缓解专家资源瓶颈； 7、探索大模型在需求分析、文档生成、智能问答等场景的落地。
职位要求
1、电力电子与电力传动、电气工程、自动控制、汽车电子等相关专业博士； 2、扎实的电力电子功底：深入理解PFC、LLC、DAB等拓扑及软开关技术，熟悉SiC/IGBT等功率器件特性与失效模式； 3、了解嵌入式软件架构（AUTOSAR CP）、CAN通信、功能安全（ISO 26262）基本原理； 4、熟练掌握Matlab/Simulink，有数字电源开发调试经验者优先； 5、熟练掌握Python及常用机器学习/深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow等）； 6、有将AI应用于工程问题的实际经验（故障诊断、寿命预测、知识图谱、NLP等均可）。 7、优秀的逻辑分析与结构化表达能力，善于跨部门沟通； 8、有创新意识，能主动识别流程痛点并推动改进； 9、有车载电源（OBC/DCDC）或功能安全（ISO 26262）/ASPICE相关项目经验； 10、有AI Agent、RAG、大模型应用开发经验； 11、发表过电力电子或AI方向高水平学术论文。
