职位描述
1、承担感知系统/驱动系统/制动系统/转向系统/悬架系统多个系统功能的融合协调开发工作。基于功能需求来编写模型或者代码，按计划提交模型代码，DD文件以及系统开发设计说明书； 2、熟练使用动力学模型和轮胎模型，评估计算各种车辆姿态，结合车辆当前的状态进行整车各个轮胎上的扭矩最优化分配计算，对于比较复杂的控制需要开发新的算法； 3、使用SIL仿真，HIL台架仿真或者实车测试验证，对开发的功能模型进行数据预设和标定优化，保证相关开发目标或者指标能够实现； 4、编写算法说明书，系统软件设计说明以及标定指导书，同时与标定工程师合作持续进行软件的迭代优化升级。

1、具备优秀的工程实践能力，能够独立解决复杂的底盘技术问题，推动项目的顺利进行； 2、拥有创新思维和技术探索精神，关注行业前沿技术，不断为底盘技术的发展提出新的思路和方法； 3、具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能够与不同专业背景的团队成员有效合作，共同完成研发任务； 4、能够适应快速变化的技术环境和工作压力，具备较强的学习能力，及时掌握新的技术和知识； 5、精通多执行的组合以及每单个执行器的能力边界的计算，包含纵向最大最小能力边界，横向最大最小能力边界，垂向最大最小能力边界； 6、精通多系统集成控制算法，能够将动力、制动、转向、悬架等底盘子系统进行协同控制，实现各种场景下的车辆运动的最优控制策略； 7、熟悉感知系统，动力系统，制动/转向/悬架等各个底盘控制系统的开发流程和技术要求，能够主导域控软件的设计和开发，实现各系统之间的高效通信和协调工作； 8、熟悉动力系统和底盘控制系统的功能安全设计流程和技术要求，能够基于整车的安全目标进行纵横垂个方向的安全目标分解，设计纵横垂各个方向上的安全保护机制； 9. 具备一定的AI在底盘控制中的应用能力，能够利用大数据分析优化车辆运动控制策略，提升底盘的智能化水平。
