职位描述
围绕小米汽车智能座舱，研究端侧多模态大模型与端云协同架构，探索文本、图像、视频、音频及多源上下文信息的统一理解、推理与决策能力，推动座舱从被动响应走向主动智能，具体方向包括： 1、多模态数据与评测体系 构建多模态数据采集、清洗、标注、合成及评测体系，提升数据质量、多样性和真实场景覆盖度。 2、端侧感知算法分层能力建设 研究面向智能座舱的多模态统一建模、大模型后训练与大小模型协同机制，探索推理加速、模型压缩和端侧量化部署，提升模型在车端场景下的实时性、稳定性和理解能力。 3、端云协同智能架构 研究端侧与云端大模型的协同机制，实现端侧快速响应与云端复杂推理能力的有效结合。 4、Agent 与主动交互 构建感知、理解、推理、决策和执行链路，探索主动交互、个性化服务和智能决策能力在智能座舱中的落地。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、计算机视觉、自然语言处理、电子工程、自动化等相关方向，博士优先； 2、长期关注并深入研究多模态大模型、Agent 等方向，理解模型架构、跨模态对齐、大模型后训练、推理优化、模型压缩与端侧部署等关键技术； 3、在大语言模型 / 多模态大模型、端侧模型优化、端云协同系统等至少一个方向有高质量研究成果或完整项目经验，包括 NLP / CV / 语音等领域顶会论文发表、开源项目、竞赛成果或系统原型； 4、具备优秀的科研能力、工程实现能力和沟通协作能力，能够面向真实产品场景抽象技术问题，并推动前沿 AI 技术在小米汽车智能座舱中落地。
