职位描述
1、基于自研芯片、HyperOS技术基座，构建从系统到芯片的系统级优化，提升用户流畅体验； 2、基于CPU架构的优化，如，片内加速器架构、指令预取、指令推测并行处理技术实现性能提升； 3、探索业界新型操作系统、新型SOC架构，专项预研，孵化落地产品。
职位要求
基本要求： 1、教育背景 ：计算机体系结构、计算机科学与技术、微电子、软件工程等相关专业博士； 2、技术基础 ：精通 C/C++ 编程语言，有扎实的操作系统 或计算机体系结构 理论基础； 3、系统视角 ：对 “软件+硬件”协同优化有浓厚兴趣，具备从系统层面思考性能问题的意识； 4、核心素质 ：逻辑清晰，自驱力强，学习能力突出，具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力； 5、兴趣与热情 ：对移动端SoC性能、异构计算、系统流畅度等技术挑战有强烈的探索热情。 加分项（满足任意一项即可） 1、有CPU/GPU/NPU微架构、指令集（如ARM/RISC-V）、缓存等体系结构相关的研究或项目经验； 2、熟悉 Linux内核 ，或有过系统性能调优、编译器开发、驱动开发等底层软件经验； 3、使用过 perf、perfetto、simpleperf、Ftrace、Gem5、QEMU 等性能分析或仿真工具； 4、在体系结构、操作系统、高性能计算等相关领域有高水平论文发表或专利成果； 5、有芯片设计、FPGA验证或与硬件团队联合调试的实际经验。
