职位描述
1、即时编译（JIT）与静态编译（AOT）的优化算法方向：实现更高效的兼顾编译时间和代码质量的高性能优化编译算法；基于LLVM和OpenJDK等业界开源高效的编译框架，优化澎湃OS上语言运行时的编译器算法设计和性能；结合AI技术突破传统编译算法和策略的限制，开发更高性能的JIT和AOT编译策略和算法； 2、高性能垃圾回收（GC）算法方向：结合人车家全场景业务，设计和优化更低功耗、低延迟的AI相结合的GC算法，优化澎湃OS上的语言运行时的执行性能、降低功耗开销和优化多语言的内存管理效能。
职位要求
1、具有计算机软件、计算机系统结构，计算机科学等领域硕士或以上学历； 2、熟悉C/C++/Java/Kotlin语言，熟悉Linux系统，熟悉软件开发流程； 3、精通C/C++语言，精通操作系统原理，编译原理，计算机体系结构，并熟悉这些技术的工业界和学术界最新进展； 4、具有良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力； 5、博士/硕士研究方向是编译器和虚拟机相关方向； 6、所从事过的除了纵向课题（学术研究），也能有横向课题（科研技术成果落地）的经验，具备一定的工程化开发能力。
