围绕 AI 安全隐私 与 AI for Security 两大方向，聚焦智能体安全隐私与 HyperOS 系统安全，开展前沿技术研究与工程落地： 1、智能体安全与隐私保护：面向手机端智能体的安全与隐私风险，研究智能体在授权管控、隐私保护、攻击检测与防御、自动化攻击与安全评测、MCP/Skill 供应链安全、多模态安全等方面的核心技术，构建覆盖智能体全生命周期的纵深防御体系，落地到 MiClaw->超级小爱 产品。 2、AI 驱动的安全能力（AI for Security）： 研究利用大模型等 AI 技术赋能安全能力建设，探索智能化的漏洞挖掘、分析与防护，以及 AI 在安全运营与生态治理中的应用，提升系统安全的自动化与智能化水平。 3、隐私计算与可信执行： 研究面向 AI 场景的隐私计算与机密计算技术，保障用户数据在处理与推理过程中的机密性与可信性，构建隐私安全的可信底座。
职位要求
1、计算机科学与技术、人工智能、AI 安全、信息安全、AI 隐私、密码学、操作系统、软件工程、数学、物理等相关专业博士； 2、至少 1 篇 CCF-A 类安全或 AI 顶会论文（IEEE S&P / CCS / USENIX Security / NDSS / NeurIPS / ICML / ICLR / ACL 等），以一作或学生一作为佳。 技术能力要求 1、具备扎实的安全基础，掌握基本的安全原理与攻防思维； 2、熟悉主流 LLM/Agent 框架内部机制，具备大模型微调和强化学习经验； 3、在智能体安全、大模型安全与隐私保护等方向有研究或工程积累； 4、在大模型辅助漏洞挖掘、模糊测试、程序分析、二进制分析等方向有研究或工程积累； 5、熟悉机密计算与可信执行环境（Intel TDX / ARM CCA / AMD SEV-SNP / NVIDIA CC 等），有相关研究或工程经验； 6、具备扎实的系统级编程能力（C/C++/Rust/Python），能独立完成安全分析工具或原型系统开发。 加分项 1、熟悉多模态大模型相关技术，对多模态安全有研究者； 2、对 GDPR、个保法等隐私保护规范体系有一定了解者； 3、在 Kaggle、天池、KDD Cup 等 AI 算法竞赛，或 CTF、DataCon 等安全攻防竞赛中获奖者； 4、有 CVE 挖掘、知名开源安全项目或开源大模型项目贡献经历者。 软性要求 1、对 AI 安全前沿保持敏锐，具备持续学习和快速掌握新技术的能力； 2、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能与高校、跨部门团队高效配合； 3、有较强的主动性和责任心，能推动研究成果从理论到工程落地。
