职位描述
1、主要从事 IoT 智能体（Agent）系统的核心架构研发，聚焦大模型驱动的 Agentic 应用在智能家居场景的深度落地：； 2、oT Agentic 智能体框架：设计并实现面向智能家居场景的大模型 Agent 系统，基于多层规划-执行循环架构，实现自然语言到设备操作的自主决策与智能编排，支持多步任务规划、并行执行、容错降级与动态重规划等核心能力； 3、云-边-端 Agent 协同：探索边缘中枢 Agent（Rust）与云端 Agent 的协同架构，实现本地低延迟执行与云端复杂推理的最优分配，支持 MCP/A2A 等开放协议的设备能力暴露； 4、长期记忆与视觉感知融合：构建跨会话长期记忆系统与视觉感知能力（摄像机场景理解、家庭成员识别、空间状态感知），结合环境传感数据实现基于用户习惯和实时家庭状态的主动智能服务。
职位要求
1、计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、扎实的系统编程能力，精通 Python（asyncio 异步编程），熟悉 Rust/Go 中至少一种语言； 3、对大语言模型应用有深入理解，熟悉 function calling、ReAct、RAG、Agent 框架等技术； 4、熟悉分布式系统设计，有 Redis、消息队列、微服务架构等实践经验者优先； 5、了解 IoT/智能家居领域，熟悉设备协议（MQTT/物模型）或有智能助手开发经验者优先； 6、具有较强的工程落地能力，关注代码质量与系统可靠性，有开源项目贡献经验者优先。
