职位描述
1、实时跟进802.11协议发展动态，参与行业技术标准制定，提升小米在学术界和产业界的影响力； 2、实时跟进无线领域前沿技术，识别技术趋势及关键技术，输出技术研究报告，并进行专利布局； 3、负责无线通信系统信号处理算法的研究，包括信道估计、均衡、同步等关键技术； 4、负责抗干扰编码方案研发与设计（如LDPC、Polar、CRC等），优化无线传输中的信号失真和干扰问题； 5、与芯片硬件研发团队紧密合作，推动研究成果落地。
职位要求
1、通信工程、电子信息工程、信号处理、计算机科学等相关专业博士学位，研究方向聚焦无线通信物理层或链路层算法； 2、熟悉通信、信号处理与调制编码理论； 3、熟练掌握C、python, Matlab语言； 4、熟悉无线通信标准，有射频/天线相关研发经验者优先； 5、深入掌握无线通信技术，对OFDM、MIMO、DFE，编解码，信道估计等方面有深入理解； 6、具有较强英文文献阅读能力，能够熟练撰写高质量技术报告； 7、具有良好的中/英沟通能力和语言表达能力、具有较强的学习，研究能力及行动力。
