职位描述
1、开展异构计算能效优化关键技术预研，重点突破跨处理单元的动态电压调节（DCVS）与调度协同理论； 2、探索新型底层调度机制，研究基于强化学习的负载跟踪算法并完成原型验证平台搭建； 3、打造 AI Harness 自动化进化底座。 建立一套高能力相机能效研发Harness系统，能够自动执行测试、捕捉 负载回退 等异常 Trace，并利用 RAG技术，自动对比代码和性能 Baseline，给出初步的 Root Cause 分析报告； 4、预研编译优化协同技术，开发面向影像系统的LTO/PGO优化原型及跨平台效能分析工具链。
职位要求
【教育背景】 计算机、电子工程、自动化或人工智能相关专业，硕士/博士学历； 【技术栈】 1、AI Agent 开发：熟悉 LangChain、Dify 或类似的 Agent 开发框架，理解 Agent 的内存机制和工具调用逻辑； 2、工程 Harness 能力：熟练使用 Python 编写高可用的自动化测试框架，有持续集成（CI/CD）或云端大规模真机调试经验； 3、编程功底：扎实的C/C++ 开发能力，能够阅读并修改内核源码，精通 Python 自动化分析脚本编写； 4、系统底层能力：精通 Linux Kernel 调度机制、内存管理（Memory Management）及 Thermal 温控策略； 5、具有优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够快速学习新技术。
