职位描述
1、研发智能分析系统，集成大模型和RAG技术，实现问题自动分类和解决方案推荐； 2、构建测试自动化中台，开发并行测试调度、设备资源管理和结果聚合分析系统； 3、设计AI代码审查引擎，实现代码规范检查、安全漏洞检测和自动修复建议生成； 4、建立工程效能数据中台，开发数据采集、存储、分析和可视化全链路系统； 5、持续优化AI算法模型，提升各系统准确率和用户体验。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能相关专业，具备AI工程化实践经验； 2、精通Python/Java开发，熟悉Spring Boot/FastAPI等后端框架，具有大规模系统架构设计能力； 3、掌握大模型应用开发，熟悉RAG、Agent等AI技术，具有LLM应用项目实践经验； 4、熟悉软件工程全流程，了解CI/CD、自动化测试、代码审查等研发工具链； 5、具备数据中台建设经验，熟悉数据采集、存储、分析和可视化技术栈； 6、具有优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够快速学习新技术。

相机研发AI工程效能中台:1、构建相机工作流开发平台，助力相机领域的工程效能提升； 2、相机研发流程涉及领域多，流程复杂，导致存在JIRA流转效率低（平均1.86次流转）、工作流自动化率低，测试周期长（MTBF测试3天）、代码审查依赖人工等问题，亟需构建AI驱动的工程效能中台实现研发流程智能化。
