职位描述
1、参与拍照pipeline解析力相关算法的迭代和研发； 2、跟踪CV图像恢复领域的前沿技术，推动科研转落地； 3、构建图像恢复任务的高效训练数据生成方案，提升采集效率和数据质量； 4、赋能团队做学术论文的学习总结，提升整组的科研素质。
职位要求
1、计算机相关专业博士学历，图像处理、模式识别、计算机视觉、人工智能、大模型等相关方向； 2、具备low-level视觉算法研发与开发经验，掌握CNN、Transformer、SD等视觉深度学习通用算法； 3、熟悉基础画质影像基础，了解ISP或图像后处理算法，如去噪、超分、HDR等； 4、熟练使用Tensorflow、Pytorch等深度学习框架； 5、熟练掌握C/C++/Python等常用编程语言，熟练使用Linux，Git，Cmake等开发工具； 6、了解传统计算机视觉的基本理论及方法者优先录取， 在计算机视觉顶会、顶刊发表相关论文或取得优异比赛成绩者优先录取。

影像画质增强算法研发与功能落地:1、研发基础倍率/变焦模式下的纹理细节生成算法和高动态范围成像算法研发； 2、研发图像重打光、影调映射、图像恢复、增强、修复等低层视觉算法研发； 3、基于深度学习的SoftISP算法研发； 4、基于大模型的画质算法研发。 5、探索图像大模型的小型化落地方案，以及训练数据生成方案。
