职位描述
1、跟进视觉大模型前沿技术动态，开展行业技术调研、方向探索与算法可行性验证； 2、负责手机相机影像核心功能的方案定义、算法设计、模型研发与持续迭代优化； 3、推进前沿技术向相机端侧功能落地，支撑旗舰机型量产交付，完成技术能力商业化落地与价值转化； 4、参与研发体系、训练推理框架、数据平台及工程基建的搭建与优化，提升整体研发效率； 5、沉淀核心技术与创新成果，推动技术学术化输出，产出高价值、行业级科研成果与技术专利。
职位要求
1、学历与专业：计算机、人工智能等相关专业博士学历；研究方向为计算机视觉、图像处理、模式识别、深度学习、视觉大模型、多模态模型等； 2、大模型能力：精通大模型训练范式与开发流程，对大模型预训练、后训练、强化学习（RLHF/RL）、Agent体系等具备深入理解与成熟项目经验； 3、影像算法背景：具备扎实的手机影像知识，熟悉基础画质、场景理解等核心模块；了解 ISP 流程与图像后处理算法，包括但不限于去噪、超分辨率、HDR、人像虚化（Bokeh）等； 4、模型与工程能力：熟练使用 PyTorch / TensorFlow 等深度学习框架；深入理解 Stable Diffusion、FLUX 等主流视觉大模型及多模态模型；精通模型蒸馏、剪枝、量化等小型化与端侧优化技术； 5、开发基础：熟练掌握 C/C++、Python 编程语言；熟悉 Linux 开发环境，能熟练使用 Git、CMake 等工程化工具； 6、加分项：具备传统计算机视觉理论与实践经验优先；在 CVPR / ICCV / ECCV / NeurIPS 等顶会或顶刊发表论文者优先；在国际权威算法竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先。
