职位描述
1、基于既有工艺流程，进行新型显示驱动架构研发，以实现清晰度/刷新率/亮度等关键视效提升； 2、新显示架构相关的面板膜层设计、特性需求评估、新工艺方案评估； 3、基于既有及预期中的特性/工艺进行新型像素驱动电路设计； 4、基于既有及预期中的特性/工艺进行新型行驱动电路设计； 5、负责跟踪国内外最新竞争社专利/文献，对相关电路技术领域进行技术调研和预研； 6、负责发明专利思路的提出，专利撰写以及答复审查意见，直至专利授权； 7、负责公司与政府项目申报材料撰写，进度报告以及项目总结报告等技术资料。
职位要求
1、半导体物理，微电子，半导体材料类相关专业背景博士； 2、研究方向为微电子、数字/模拟电路、半导体器件设计、半导体器件制备； 3、熟悉模拟电路设计，可以独立进行版图设计类的开发工作； 4、熟悉半导体器件/基本数字、模拟电路工作原理机制，通过器件参数调节对电路性能进行优化与改进，能够对电路设计进行改善与优化，并可以独立进行电路相关不良进行解析； 5、英语需达CET-6水平； 6、以第一作者身份发表过SCI论文或者发明专利； 7、具备国内外学术会议上发表报告经验者优先录取； 8、了解AMOLED显示屏工作原理与量产工艺者优先录取
