职位描述
1、主导预研新传感器产品中的光学设计，并工程产品化； 2、负责车载相机/激光雷达的镜头光学设计，仿真及性能评估与优化； 3、负责车载激光雷达光学架构设计，包括光路布局、光学元件选型及系统集成； 4、主导解决性能，以及杂散光、鬼影、日光干扰，温度稳定性等问题，通过设计优化提升性能； 5、主导解决车载相机/激光雷达产品开发、测试、生产过程中遇到的光学问题； 6、协助完成车载相机/激光雷达与整车其它器件光学干涉的问题分析及仿真； 7、负责光学相关的知识产权建设工作。
职位要求
1、光学工程、光信息科学与技术等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2、熟悉几何光学、波动光学、微纳光学、激光原理等物理光学理论； 3、熟练使用至少两种光学设计软件（如Zemax、CodeV、LightTools等），熟悉光路仿真与误差分析； 4、有发表5篇以上光学顶会论文者（前二作者）优先； 5、有光学相关制造企业实习经验者优先； 6、熟悉激光器（如VCSEL、EEL）、MEMS振镜、DOE等器件原理者优先； 7、沟通良好，有目标感，有校/学院学生会任职者优先。
