职位描述
1、高性能CPU微架构设计与优化：负责处理器核内关键模块的微架构方案设计、RTL实现与PPA优化； 2、关键算法研究与硬件实现：面向分支预测、数据/指令预取、缓存替换策略、多核性能等关键方向，进行算法创新与RTL实现，通过性能仿真平台量化分析收益； 3、性能建模与PPA分析：构建和维护处理器周期精确性能模型，进行PPA trade-off分析，指导微架构方案决策； 4、复杂微架构的验证实现：根据微架构对上下游模块带约束随机的激励建模，实现对应模块功能Reference model，构建CPU核模块级的验证环境，进行微架构功能和性能的比对和检查； 5、复杂ALU算子单元的证明：分析具体算子的RTL算法实现原理，如双精度除法/双精度乘累加/开根/超越函数等，通过对算法计算空间的拆分迭代，采用Formal DP技术进行全空间验证。
职位要求
1、计算机体系结构、集成电路等相关专业博士/硕士研究生； 2、在处理器微架构、计算机体系结构领域有深入研究，扎实掌握超标量处理器设计原理、存储系统、互联网络等核心知识； 3、在体系结构顶级会议/期刊（ISCA、MICRO、HPCA、ASPLOS、TC、TACO等）发表过论文者优先； 4、熟悉处理器性能评估方法论，有SPEC CPU等基准测试套件使用经验； 5、具备良好的工程落地能力、算法创新能力与团队协作精神。
