职位描述
1、构建安全事件知识图谱，建立车辆-事件-驾驶行为-零部件-软件版本-环境场景-处置结果的关系模型； 2、研究多源异构安全数据的实体对齐、关系推理和动态图谱更新方法； 3、研发因果发现算法，从观测数据中自动发现安全事件的因果结构； 4、研究小样本学习和可解释AI方法，支撑稀有安全事件的归因和证据链展示； 5、推动模型在事故分析、群体风险识别、安全治理场景中的工程化落地； 6、沉淀可复用算法组件、技术文档、论文与专利。
职位要求
1、计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学、知识工程、车辆工程、交通工程、可靠性工程等相关专业，博士优先； 2、熟悉知识图谱、因果推断、小样本学习、可解释AI、多源数据融合等方向； 3、熟悉Python、PyTorch/TensorFlow等模型开发工具，具备真实数据建模和工程验证能力； 4、对智能汽车、车联网、安全事件分析、故障诊断有研究基础者优先； 5、具备较强的问题抽象、论文/专利产出、跨团队沟通和工程落地能力。

【课题名称】 基于AI大数据驱动的安全事件因果归因与证据链研发（事故发生后的高效和精准溯源） 【课题内容】 本课题面向碰撞、热失控、异常制动、辅助驾驶接管、重大故障等发生中和已发生的安全事件，融合车端信号、DTC、事故台账、售后工单、软件版本、零部件、客诉与环境道路等多源异构数据，研究安全事件因果归因、证据链组织和群体风险发现方法。构建安全事件知识图谱，支撑技术辅助归因、风险线索识别、批次性/群体性风险发现和安全治理闭环。
