职位描述
1、负责自动驾驶场景下，视觉语言大模型在空间几何深度预测任务中的算法研发与优化； 2、构建多模态深度预测数据集，整合图像、文本描述与深度标注信息； 3、设计无偏区域-语言对齐框架，优化深度预测中的语义一致性，探索视觉-语言交互机制在深度预测中的应用； 4、负责模型工程化落地，包括模型压缩、量化、蒸馏及部署优化，使用大模型训推库提升训练与部署效率。
职位要求
1、计算机科学、电子信息、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先，具有扎实的深度学习与计算机视觉理论基础； 2、熟练掌握PyTorch / TensorFlow等深度学习框架，熟悉 HuggingFace、OpenCV 等工具库； 3、熟悉视觉语言模型及多模态融合技术，有单目深度估计、立体匹配等相关项目经验者优先； 4、掌握至少一种大模型训练优化技术：Prompt 工程、PEFT微调、模型量化或训推加速，有开源项目贡献或相关论文发表者优先； 5、具备C++编程能力及模型部署经验，了解ONNX Runtime等推理框架，有端侧设备部署经验者优先。

【课题名称】 自动驾驶大模型、世界模型 【课题内容】 探索多模大模型、世界模型等前沿可落地算法： 1、自动驾驶大模型与世界模型算法研究 分析视觉语言大模型、多模态Transformer、生成式大模型在自动驾驶中的应用研究。 2、多模态数据预处理与特征融合研究 依托视觉大模型提取图像语义特征，结合点云空间几何特征，设计跨模态注意力融合算法，统一异构数据表征格式，构建包含道路拓扑、交通标识、障碍物、路况动态的多维环境特征图谱。 3、大模型驱动的动态世界模型建模 基于大模型强大时序推理能力，搭建世界模型架构，推演未来3-5秒道路环境变化，生成多场景预测结果。 4、自动驾驶全链路联动优化设计 探索世界模型与自动驾驶功能模块的闭环设计。研究新的算法实现更好的行车安全性、通行效率、乘坐舒适度。
