职位描述
1、研发面向园区代客泊车场景的一段式端到端规划算法，实现感知-预测-规划的统一建模； 2、研究基于AR&diffusion等深度学习方法的轨迹生成与决策算法； 3、结合数值优化、模型预测控制（MPC）等方法，提升规划轨迹的安全性与平顺性； 4、跟进端到端自动驾驶领域前沿进展，推动算法持续迭代优化。
职位要求
1、自动驾驶、机器人、计算机科学、控制工程等相关方向硕士及以上学历； 2、熟悉自动驾驶规划与控制算法，了解MPC、数值优化等经典方法； 3、熟悉深度学习框架（PyTorch等），有端到端模型训练与部署经验； 4、具备扎实的C++/Python编程能力，良好的数据结构与算法基础； 5、熟悉AR、Diffusion Model等生成式模型优先； 6、有自动驾驶规划/端到端算法项目经验或相关顶会论文发表优先； 7、具备较强的文献阅读与算法复现能力，能快速跟进业内SOTA算法。

【课题名称】 面向无人代客泊车的规划算法研究 【课题内容】 面向L4级园区无人代客泊车（AVP）功能需求，研究一段式端到端规划算法，将感知、预测与规划统一建模，实现从传感器原始输入到规划轨迹的直接映射。结合深度学习（如自回归AR、扩散模型等）与基于优化的规划方法（如数值优化、模型预测控制等），提升非结构化园区场景下的轨迹规划能力。
