职位描述
1、主导灵巧手运动学与动力学建模，负责正逆运动学算法开发与优化； 2、负责灵巧手力位混合控制体系搭建，核心开发 impedance 控制、力控柔顺控制、位置/力切换控制等核心算法，适配不同操作场景（如手内操作、易碎品抓取、曲面贴合）的控制需求； 3、负责控制算法与上层任务规划系统、底层驱动系统和机器人仿真系统的接口开发与集成，制定控制指令协议。建立灵巧手本体控制性能测试体系，制定力控精度、响应速度、稳定性等核心指标的测试标准。
职位要求
1、机器人工程、自动化、控制科学与工程、机械电子工程等相关专业硕士及以上学位，或具备3年以上灵巧手/机器人末端执行器本体控制开发经验； 2、具备扎实的控制理论功底，深入理解机器人运动学、动力学、力位混合控制、传感器融合等核心技术，有独立设计并落地力控算法或状态估计算法的项目经验； 3、具备基于ROS（ROS1/ROS2）的机器人控制开发经验，能独立完成控制节点开发、调试与集成； 4、具备扎实的编程能力，熟练使用C++/Python，有仿真与实物联动调试经验者优先； 5、了解灵巧手机械结构特性（如欠驱动关节、绳传动/齿轮传动等）及常见传感器的工作原理，具备传感器数据校准与误差补偿经验者优先。
