职位描述
1、负责基于多传感器（Camera、Lidar、Radar）的感知任务模型的研发与交付，包括但不限于目标检测、在线建图等； 2、负责建立感知模型的数据闭环，包括但不限于Data Trigger，Auto-labeling、评测体系等； 3、负责探索视觉基础模型（包括但不限于DINO、VGGT）在感知任务中的应用。
职位要求
1、人工智能、机器学习、计算机视觉等方向本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉深度学习、计算机视觉相关知识 3、熟练掌握linux下C++开发，良好的数据结构和算法基础，熟练使用agentic coding； 4、有较强的独立解决问题能力，学习能力及沟通能力； 加分项： 1、熟悉TensorFlow，PyTorch等框架实现原理，能够实现高效训练代码； 2、在ACM-ICPC、TopCoder等竞赛中获得过优异成绩； 3、有较强的研究能力优先，如在相关领域发表过第一作者顶会期刊论文。
