职位描述
1、协助整车高性能模块进行可创新执行器的梳理 2、通过仿真、模拟器、SIL、HIL对执行器的有效性进行验证 3、样机设计及制造控制，确保满足整车各个大属性需求 4、POC项目总体控制（项目经理角色） 5、POC导入到量产的总体把控
职位要求
1、专业工程力学博士学位, 2、具备NVH、电磁、AI相关的知识及应用案例, 3、精通 CarSim、AMESim、MATLAB‑Simulink 等仿真开发工具, 具备整车多体动力学建模、SIL/HIL 仿真验证经验, 熟悉数据驱动建模方法, 掌握神经网络等替代模型开发优先。 4、熟练掌握 LQR、MPC 等现代控制理论、自适应控制以及 AI 辅助控制算法, 具备底盘协同控制策略算法开发经验, 有实车控制策略调试开发经历者优先。 5、具备多学科跨团队协同工作能力, 深刻理解汽车电动化、智能化、数字化底盘发展趋势, 能够开展多域耦合性能分析与系统方案设计。 6、具备良好的英文文献研读能力, 能够跟踪行业前沿技术, 具备技术调研、方案论证与创新提案能力。 7、具备较强的自主推进能力, 良好的沟通协作与主观能动性, 认同团队技术理念。
