职位描述
1、参与汽车部芯片技术规划，负责前瞻技术验证，对本领域芯片技术竞争力负责； 2、负责前瞻芯片和国产芯片的导入和验证，包括功能测试、性能测试、可靠性测试，协助芯片失效分析，并结合应用提出优化改进方案； 3、与关键半导体厂商保持紧密沟通，跟踪汽车芯片、IP及工艺、技术应用趋势，主导定制芯片开发； 4、负责芯片相关企标的调研、规划、制定和评审，跟踪国内外汽车芯片领域相关标准动态（如ISO、JEDEC、国家/行业标准等），参与行业标准研讨和评审会议，输出标准草案及征求意见稿。
职位要求
1、硬性条件 学历专业 ： - 硕士及以上, 集成电路、车辆工程、电力电子、通讯等专业 技术基础 ： - 熟悉芯片设计和制造工艺, 掌握汽车芯片行业标准, - 熟悉电子元器件的工作原理, 熟悉硬件电路设计和仿真 2、核心能力 - 具备良好的学习能力, 能够积极主动学习专业知识, 满足专业工作要求 - 具备敏锐的行业洞察力和创新意识, 能结合行业趋势和公司需求, 提出标准优化与创新建议。 - 具备良好的英文读写能力, 能阅读和撰写英文技术文档、行业标准资料 3、加分项 - 有丰富的嵌入式系统开发/电子设计工程经验（课程设计/竞赛/实习） - 熟悉车规MCU, SoC, Serdes, Ethernet, Power, Driver, Analog, SiC/GaN等至少3个以上品类芯片的理论基础、内部架构、设计方案、关键参数和系统应用, - 可提前实习者优先
