职位描述
1、协助推进民用泵类产品的市场策略与产品管理工作，参与产品规划、需求定义、竞品分析及上市推广协同； 2、深入理解民用泵产品的技术特性与应用场景，结合市场洞察，协助完成产品定位、卖点提炼及产品生命周期管理； 3、协同研发、制造、销售等团队，推动产品开发与改进项目的高效落地，跟进产品上市后的市场反馈与迭代优化； 4、参与重点客户、渠道的技术交流与产品培训，支持市场端的技术沟通与需求转化。
职位要求
1、硕士学历，流体力学、机械工程、能源动力、机电一体化等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的专业基础，对泵类产品或流体机械领域有基本认知，了解产品开发与市场协同流程； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维与跨部门沟通能力，能够衔接技术与市场两端； 4、有泵阀、流体设备、家电、工业品等相关行业实习经历者优先，熟悉CAD、CFD等工具者更佳。
