职位描述
1、参与产品的需求分析和方案设计，负责控制系统软件部分的设计、仿真和技术资料的输出，并主导解决项目开展过程中控制系统软件等问题； 2、参与新产品的手工样试制、工程样试制、小批量试制和认证样机的安排工作，参与研发产品向批量生产的转移（PPAP）工作，协助做好研发产品的正常生产； 3、负责电机控制系统软件的程序开发及仿真，包括控制算法、信号处理、通信接口等； 4、负责电机控制系统软件的测试和调试，确保软件的稳定性和可靠性； 5、负责电机控制系统软件的维护和升级，解决软件在使用过程中出现的问题。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，软件，控制，机械化，机械电子工程相关专业优先； 2、熟悉电机驱动原理和算法，了解变频器硬件基本知识； 3、熟悉国产单片机和DSP，有相关的实习开发经验； 4、做事认真细致、有耐心，有条理； 5、可接受出差。
