职位描述
1、参与产品的需求分析和方案设计，参与产品电磁设计、仿真和技术资料的输出，并参与解决项目开展过程中电机电磁设计等问题； 2、参与新产品的手工样试制、工程样试制、小批量试制和认证样机的安排工作，参与研发产品向批量生产的转移（PPAP）工作，协助做好研发产品的正常生产； 3、协助永磁同步、无刷直流永磁和同步磁阻等同步电动机电磁部件(有绕组铁芯、带磁钢转子铁芯(或磁环及磁环组件))的试制图纸设计、打样跟进和验证工作； 4、协助永磁同步、无刷直流永磁和同步磁阻等同步电动机电磁部分批量图纸设计工作。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，流体、机械、电机与电器相关专业优先； 2、熟悉电磁设计和仿真软件ANSYS或同类软件，SOLIDWORKS绘图软件； 3、熟悉振动噪音仿真，有相关的实习开发经验； 4、做事认真细致、有耐心，有条理； 5、可接受出差。
