职位描述
1、根据公司战略目标，开发中东欧新市场，市场调研，合作伙伴筛选，谈判签约，建立代理商渠道，完成既定开拓目标； 2、结合公司年度战略规划，制定区域年度计划，目标设定和计划分解； 3、协同公司4P团队（品牌、产品、渠道、服务）管理并赋能代理商，指导代理商落地4P年度目标，完成销售及回款任务； 4、市场动态分析，分析客户需求及竞争对手产品与营销策略，协同公司相关部门，制定差异化解决方案，扩大市场份额； 5、根据业务拓展情况，进行HR规划，预算编制，团队组建，制度及流程建设； 6、通过 IT 系统管理和更新销售机会，订单及进销存管理； 7、根据公司业务发展需要，挖掘当地合作资源，以及新业务合作方向与落地。
职位要求
1、全日制本科及以上学历，国际贸易、商业管理、经济学、汽车或机械工程等相关专业，具体不限； 2、5年以上汽车行业海外市场从业经验，3年以上团队管理经验，丰富的商务谈判及代理商管理经验，能独立开发海外新市场； 3、熟悉汽车领域欧洲市场、当地法规和相关政策； 4、优秀的沟通能力、敏锐的洞察力和良好的团队协作精神，具备产品和运营思维及积极学习的心态； 5、优秀的团队建设、培养与管理能力； 6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先； 7、英语为工作语言，能接受海外差旅。
