-参与智能驾驶感知、端到端智驾大模型等核心算法研发 -参与世界模型、生成式模型等端到端仿真模型的研发 -参与城区 / 高速 / 停车场场景的算法建模及量产持续优化 -参与搭建量产数据闭环体系，构建数据到模型持续迭代的算法框架 -持续跟踪 AI 与智能驾驶前沿技术，持续探索下一代智能驾驶算法范式
职位要求
-2027 届应届生；计算机、人工智能、自动化、车辆工程、计算机视觉、数学等相关专业 -扎实深度学习基础，熟练使用 Python/C++，熟悉 Linux，掌握 PyTorch/TensorFlow 等主流深度学习框架，具备算法实现与工程落地能力 -自驱力强，逻辑清晰，具备良好沟通协作与技术攻坚能力，热爱自动驾驶行业 -加分项 拥有 BEV 感知、Occupancy (OCC)、运动预测、端到端智能驾驶、智驾仿真相关项目 / 实习经验，有大规模分布式训练经验 熟悉 NeRF/3DGS/SLAM 三维重建、神经渲染、CUDA 优化、图像传感器仿真 熟悉世界模型、生成式 AI、多模态生成、Sim-to-Real相关技术 CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/ICRA/NeurIPS 等顶会论文、GitHub 开源项目贡献者优先
