职位描述
工作内容： 1. 客服团队内部项目推进 - 负责客服团队内部项目的规划与推进，包括但不限于组织调整、流程优化、系统升级等； - 拆解项目目标与执行计划，明确里程碑并持续跟进落地进度； - 识别项目风险并推动相关负责人解决，确保事项按期完成； - 组织项目复盘，沉淀可复用经验与标准流程。 2. 客服运营数据管理 - 统筹客服团队各运营数据口径、统计规范与看板； - 定期输出运营分析报告（人效、服务效率、质量指标等）； - 基于数据识别问题并推动优化改进。 3. 流程与规范建设 - 梳理并优化客服团队核心工作流程及SOP，持续跟踪流程执行效果并推动迭代优化 - 推动知识管理、交接机制及协作规范建设。 任职要求 - 1年以上服务运营、PMO或项目管理相关经验，有游戏行业经验优先； - 具备良好的项目管理能力，能够独立推进复杂事项落地； - 具备数据分析意识，熟悉Excel/数据看板工具； - 具备流程梳理与结构化思考能力； - 良好的沟通协调与推动能力，能够跨团队协作； - 责任心强，执行力高，能够在多任务环境下推进工作。
