职位描述
1、定义视觉风格：基于产品调性，负责灵创平台Web端产品的视觉语言定义，打造具有科技感、高级感的视觉体系，包括主风格、色彩、图标、质感等； 2、核心界面设计：完成平台关键页面（如编辑器、控制台、数据看板）的高保真视觉稿，确保视觉表现力与功能逻辑的平衡； 3、品牌元素设计：设计平台专属的功能图标、LOGO衍生元素、插画或装饰图形，提升产品的专业辨识度。 4、动效设计（加分项）：为关键交互提供微动效设计方案（如加载、状态切换、数据可视化动效），增强用户体验的生动性； 5、规范与落地：整理并输出视觉组件库和设计规范，与开发团队紧密协作，跟进实现效果，确保高还原度落地； 6、拥抱提效工具：乐于使用或学习AI工具辅助创作，提升设计效率；
职位要求
1、3年以上视觉设计经验，拥有Web端或SaaS类产品的视觉设计案例； 2、必须提供作品集，其中需包含至少 【1-2款高质量的界面设计案例】 （可以是已上线项目或完整的项目作品），能清晰展示对科技风格、光影、质感的把控能力； 3、对色彩、排版、层次有深刻理解，能驾驭极简、硬核、科技等不同视觉风格； 4、具备优秀的图标设计能力和图形抽象能力，能将复杂概念转化为简洁的视觉符号； 5、熟练使用主流设计工具，例如 Figma、Sketch、Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop 等； 【加分项】：掌握 After Effects 或 Rive 等动效工具，能提供简单的动效示意。 【加分项】：对3D空间有基础认知（如能理解机器人坐标系），或有3D软件使用经验。
