职位描述
1、跟随直属导师全程参与智能体/AI解决方案相关To B销售业务，涵盖客户拜访、需求深挖、方案共创、商务洽谈、合同推进全流程，在政企客户一线实战中积累真实商务经验。 2、协助完成市场调研、竞品分析、客户档案维护、销售方案撰写，深度参与售前POC（概念验证）阶段准备，理解AI产品从技术验证到商业落地的转化逻辑。 配合售前、交付、产品团队完成报价对接、合同流转、项目交付启动与客户持续维护，理解智能体项目"销售-售前-交付-续约"完整生命周期，建立全局视角。 3、在导师指导下接触业务数据分析、经营复盘、管线建设等工作，理解销售费率管理、KPI拆解、资源调配等核心经营逻辑，培养商业嗅觉与管理者思维。 4、主动复盘每一次客户互动与项目得失，在实战中持续沉淀方法论，依托行业风口长期成长，未来向资深销售专家或销售管理方向发展。
职位要求
1、2026/2027届统招本科及以上学历应届生，重点院校毕业生优先。 2、专业适配：优先数学、计算机、人工智能、软件工程等理工科专业；工商管理、市场营销、经济学等商科专业均可。 3、英语能力优异为刚需：听说读写流利，可熟练处理英文商务资料，适配国际化业务沟通场景。能独立完成英文技术文档阅读与转译者优先。 4、技术敏感度与商业直觉兼具：对AI/大模型/智能体赛道有基本认知和浓厚兴趣，能快速理解技术产品的商业价值与客户应用场景。不要求会写代码，但需能听懂技术团队的表达并翻译成客户听得懂的语言。 5、思维灵活、情商高、善于沟通变通：政企To B销售涉及多层级决策链，需具备优秀的临场应变与人际交往能力，能在复杂组织关系中找到推进路径。 6、有野心、有追求、自驱力强：对To B科技销售有真实热情，对团队管理、业务统筹有长期学习意愿，不甘于做基础执行岗。 7、在校经历丰富：有校园创业、社团核心管理、大型活动组织等经验者优先，具备基本的统筹协调意识。 8、目标感清晰，抗压能力强：政企销售周期长、变数多，需踏实靠谱、积极主动，愿意跟随导师长期深耕，从0沉淀业务能力与管理思维。 9、加分项：有AI/大模型相关课程或项目经历、政企客户实习/招投标接触经验、B2B销售实习经历、数据分析能力突出者优先。
