职位描述
岗位职责 1、负责一体化人形/协作机器人关节模组硬件架构方案定义、关键技术攻关、平台化方案沉淀，主导新产品硬件整体设计与迭代； 2、负责48V/72V高密度伺服驱控一体硬件开发，主导功率回路优化、高密度堆叠、散热方案、EMC体系搭建； 3、负责双编码器硬件匹配、高精度力矩传感器信号调理、整机抗振动/抗干扰设计，解决关节低速抖动、采样不稳定、振动异常等行业难题； 4、主导器件选型、成本优化、可靠性方案、量产工艺导入，负责批量质量问题复盘与技术闭环； 5、对接结构、算法、测试、供应链团队，统筹硬件整体开发进度，输出设计规范、评审标准、测试标准； 6、沉淀关节伺服硬件平台化能力，复用功率硬件、采样、保护、通讯整套成熟方案。
职位要求
任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气自动化相关专业，3-5年及以上伺服驱动/电机电控/功率硬件开发经验； 2、必须具备小功率高密度伺服/驱控一体硬件完整开发经验，熟悉48V低压电机驱动全套设计难点； 3、精通三相逆变功率电路、高精度采样、硬件保护、EMC整改、整机可靠性设计，具备量产项目落地经验； 4、熟悉编码器、力矩传感器、EtherCAT/CAN总线、抱闸安全回路设计，有机器人关节项目经验优先； 5、具备极强的问题定位能力，能独立解决整机耦合问题（干扰、振动、温漂、采样漂移、低速抖动）； 6、有车规电控、工业伺服、机器人关节模组硬件平台搭建经验优先，能主导技术方案与风险评审； 7、思路清晰，具备架构思维、团队协作能力，可带初级工程师推进项目。
