职位描述
1、设备方案与结构开发 协助资深工程师开展锂电核心设备的整体方案规划、结构设计与零部件选型；优化设备机械结构、传动系统、定位系统，保障设备运行精度、稳定性与生产效率，满足电池量产工艺标准。 2、图纸设计与技术落地 运用SolidWorks、CAD等设计软件完成设备重要机构3D建模、2D工程图绘制、零部件参数校核；输出完整BOM清单、设计方案、技术协议等全套技术文件。 3、设备调试与问题迭代 跟进设备加工、装配、现场安装调试全过程，解决设备与锂电生产工艺适配问题，优化设备运行参数，提升设备稼动率、良品率，完成设备量产验证与迭代升级。 4、供应商对接与成本优化 协助参与设备外协供应商技术评审、方案审核与图纸校对，在保障设备性能前提下，助力降低设备成本与运维成本。 5、技术沉淀与文档标准化 整理设备开发全过程资料，参与搭建设备标准化、模块化数据库，沉淀项目经验，优化后续设备开发流程，提升研发复用效率。
职位要求
硕士及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、智能制造、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业，成绩良好，无挂科记录。 （1）熟练使用SolidWorks、AutoCAD等机械设计软件，具备基础3D建模、工程图绘制能力，熟悉机械传动、气动、伺服控制、精密定位等基础原理； （2）掌握机械设计基础理论、公差配合、材料选型、零部件校核等专业知识，了解非标设备开发流程优先； （3）了解锂电池生产工艺流程或锂电设备结构者优先； （4）具备基础办公、图纸校核、数据整理能力，能独立完成基础技术文档输出。
